Last yearI broke the zipper(my fault and told them so) and over filled it with a bunch of heavy wool and a camera and ripped the shoulder straps right off it(my fault and told them so) and they told me to send it in with $25 for shipping and Id either have the old one fully rebuilt or theyd send me a brand new one. Theyll take care of you.
