You guys and your respect. I have never in my life have given respect to anybody who TRIED to demand it. They get it when I feel they deserve it. hahaha....That means everybody! Put that in your pipe and smoke it.

Oh and TDWW,Ive got a buddy who owns a gym and he has not a glimmer of expression on his face all day everyday. I dont respect him either and he benches 360. hehehe...I should know Ive spotted him.

By the way post some pics of those tremendous guns we all have to hear about everyday and no pics of some adin Mens Health, Id also like to see what a FL 160" looks like just incase I see one of ours headed south.
