Well my ultimate goal is to build a glass/ selfbow, but like most people I have no timeor space to do so. So I figured I will take small steps to my goal. And I think the first step is making a flemish string. Were do I start, what do I need, and most importantly how much will it cost to get started.

This is what I know.

I need to make that board thing???? Dont know what it is called. Looks easy and cheep to make.
I need some fast flight, what kind, how much, and do I have to get two colors if I am just dinking around with it.
I need a book/vidio, were can I find one.
