When I don't butcher myself I use the guys over at All Game Taxidermy over in Neptune. The exit on the Parkway is 100B. About a mile off the exit. Everything comes wrapped on a styrofoam plate with the shrink wrap. I think the cuts start at 65.00. They offer sausage and breakfast sausage for a few more fish. Their number is 732-922-9410. I use them when I kill something I'm gonna mount, both jobs are done on the same property. MWX
