After many thousands of rounds through mine, still haven't needed their customer service, but you could be right.
Seems that at times they are hit and miss and other times they are flawless but lately they have been bad real bad. I am working on an issue with them concerning a Sako rifle that has been going on for almost 3 months and no resolution in sight.
