Default How would you handle this.

My hunting party is comprised of me and two of my best friends, one being my brother-in-law. My brother-in-law and I own a business together also and are really pretty close. Well anyway we hunt on over a 1000 acres of land and we are the only 3 with permission to hunt there. The problem is that anytime me or our friend see deer or find good signs of deer my B-I-L moves his stand right on top of us "usually within 100 yds of us" and then the deer disappear. We try to tell him that is overcrowding goods areas and just killing good activity. Today he moved his stand to less than 75 yds from me in a place where I have seen 10 deer in less than 3 hours of hunting there. I arrowed a nice buck there 2 days ago "see Bowhunting for story" that I am still looking for. I feel kind of awkward trying to get my point across since this is my second year hunting and they have both been hunting for years. Am I right about this or just trying to keep all the deer for myself. Any comments are appreciated.
