Good advice from Bigcountry. For reasonably priced accuracy, Savage is a keeper. They also have a Stevens that isn't bad for a "knock-around" type of rifle. Personally, I love Tikkas. They are made in Finland by Sako and imported by Beretta. Great guns!!! There are several online vendors you can check out. You can order direct but it has to be shipped to / accepted by a FFL holder (like some pawn shops, gun shops, or even individuals). Good luck in your search and let us know what you select.
