I said in a previous thread that they are different from Rabbits in more then just size as they have red meat not white, I thought that a photo might show the difference much better then I could ever explain.
The funny thing is they taste nothing like Rabbit at all but rather similar to Deer instead, there my favourite game meat to eat and now I can just pop down the road and fill the freezer whenever I like, I plan on eating them much more often.
