I never have hooked into so many big fish that threw the hook last night....it was as if my lure had no hooks in it at all.

WOW sorry to hear that. Are ya keeping the rod good and bent and the hooks good and sharp? Also ...only enough drag as necessary. Just thought I'd throw in my 2 cents not meaning to offend.
