Lets see you shot a deer it ran 20 yds and died and your switching broadheads? I see this is turning into a "bash mechanical broadhead thread".That's the problem I have with people who say "I shot a deer with such and such head and it only went in one inch",I'm never using mechanicals agagin blah,blah,blah.What happened here was not the fault of the broadhead.I once had a thunderhead do exactly as you described,the deer wheeled or spun on an angling shot.It has to be a pretty good angle to effect penetration with most mechanicals.
