I am a non-resident this year in Montana & Wyoming. I did apply for & drew a Wyoming non-resident elk tag. Next year I will be a Wyoming resident. I hope to apply for & draw a Montana non-resident 599-00B-tag. This drawing should be 100%? This tag limits me to a whitetail doe only.If I draw the tag? I will drive back to Montana & hunt with my father.
