Chuck was shooting a Reflex bow! Not top of the line Hoyt. His reasoning was that it had a good Axle to Axle length for a finger shooter, which he is one. So here's a world class bowhunter using a mid-range bow. BTW he says he shoots in the high mid 290's with that bow.
BUT, did you know that the Reflex Caribou (which is what he shoots) is the most expensive bow Reflex makes? It's also the most forgiving. Long ATA, recurve limbs and round wheels. Yes, it's fast, but he pulls somewhere in the area of 80# I believe. I agree, it's a perfect bow for a finger shooter, and he does shoot it well.
