its both the person and the equipment. i do construction and i find the more expensive better equipment make it easier to do the job with better
precision . i can still do a great job with cheaper stuff its just easier with better stuff. Now you can still do a lousy job with good equipment if you do not have the skills. the same would apply to other things in life
