So with all the different ideas that are rolling around in my head about the next gun purchase I've not considered which ones (makers) may fit me better. 6"2' about 230lbs and 20 years old....so I'm thinkin' what fits and produces less 'felt' recoil for some guys may not for us larger guys. I know this is true in shotguns (where fit is given a little more attention) and so there's no reason it shouldn't apply to rifles.

So since I've handles so few rifles (actually all have been 700s or levers) what do some of the bigger guys here find comfortable?

I'm left handed so, if I go the bolt route, I know I'm gonna have to do some searching.
