ORIGINAL: hardcore hunter
I've seen hunters on other forums whining that there is no where to hunt in FL and that all the land is tied up with leases. I have also seen guys post their biggest FL deer pictures on that forum and I would not even shoot a deer that small. I am sure there are a few nice ones there but FL's claim to fame will always be the fishing and not the hunting.
Maybe not on deer, but we have anabundance of hogs, doves, quail,ducks, bearsand the Oceola Turkey! In north FL there are manydeer shot that are 12pt and 175lbs. We also have many WMA,s that are 500,000 acres and 600,000 acres. Most are 50,000 and over.
