In all honasty I've seen the Panthers in Maryland 20 years ago in Fredrick, but two together in rural Md. I beleive the LtCol did see two but more than likely they will turn out to be someone pets, at least one. I live here so I know that area, it kinda funny because it's not the best area, I would pay to see them go screeming by one of the crack addicts.
