Yes, I believe that was who posted it. No relation though. Being removed would probably be the reason I couldn't find it again today. Glad I copied it. Why would they remove it I wonder? It's not like it was a lie or made up if in fact it was from a public radio show, which I have no reason to believe it wasn't. Do you know otherwise?
BTW, it's been 7-8 years since, but he's been saying the opposite since 2000 or 2001, even before the management in PA changed.
