another one for team 6.....sunday i woke early and had several toms gobblin all day...they kept spookin on me and henning up...i was about to call it quits at 3pm when i decided to try the bottom woods...when i got there i heard alll kinds of noise and cackles.. i set up my decoy and looked around when i saw two gobblers fighting ( first time i've seen it in the woods), i let out a few calls and sure enough i seen their heads bobbin in the brush torward me... , the one came out in full strut streched his neck up and BANG!.. he's down 23.5 pounds, 10.5 inch beard, and 1 inch spurs. not to bad for the first day and what a way to kick off the season , now i can try to get another.. i'll post pics when i can and if they'll work.
