Well I suggested the 11-87 cause I thought you were looking for somthing nice light and versitile. My shotgun of choice is the Browning Auto-5 there is no other shotgun in the world that will ever come close to it over 100 years of production and every gun manufacturer copied it one time or another. Now it will cost you a bit more then the Remmington if you are lucky enough to find one. I don't think they make them any more as the cost of production of the A-5 is very exspensive. But I'm sure if you look you can find a great used one. I own 3 of these one I bought in 1986 and I have taken at least 100 deer with this gun. When my dad passed away I got his which was made in the 1930s and I still use and have taken a couple deer with it. Also I have my Grandfathers which was made around the turn of the 20th centry, I still use and took a deer with it last year. All of these guns have been work horses as back with my grandfathers and fathers they had no money so this was the only gun they owned, and it did it all. I can't think of any other gun that has the performance results of the Browning Auto-5. Now I will thell you they kick like a horse as they are spring not gas operated. So if you want my opinon these are the only guns (Browning A-5+ Remmington 11-87) worth owning if you are looking for longgevity, dependebility, and reliability. that you can take to the bank. That is if you are looking for an auto loader. Mike
