Your talking about the fields about 1 mile to the east? Those look like center pivot irrigation systems. Usually the corners of the field's are not planted or are used for hay or cereal grains. If you zoom all the way in on the one big one, you can see the irrigation system. The system rotates around the dark spot in the middle of the field. From the center north is where it is sitting. It kind of looks like power lines.
Anyway, the property you're looking at looks to have potential. The stream looks to run along the northern border of the small field. On the map page, there is a pull down menu right about the compass rosette. This will let you switch between the photo and a topo map. You can get an idea of where the stream is from there. I would think if you put part of the small field into clover and part into corn/beans/milo/whatever you would have a nice little magnet.
