Does anyone know if it is legal to bow hunt deer in PA sitting in one the new groundblinds such as the Double Bull and Ameristep.

I always thought blinds were illegal in PA except for hunting turkey. I just downloaded the PA hunting book from the PA Game Commission site and scanned for 'blind'. All that I can find is about turkey and goose. There is one mention of blinds on state game land being legal as long as there is no damage to trees.
