I've actually attached a small loop to the chest of a feeding hen decoy, tied fishing line to it and ran the fishing line back under the deke (along the ground) all the way to my blind (10 yds). When the line is tugged on,
it will cause the head of the deke to move down...like a feeding motion.

This setup has filled several tags for me, though it has been a couple years since I've used it. To be honest, I just got tired of dealing with the fishing line getting tangled up. Unfortunately I needed some motion yesterday, 6 of 7 longbeards hung up at 30-50 yds from my blind...the 7th actually ran away at the sight of my dekes. I think a couple of 'tugs' on a deke with fishing line would have worked wonders.
