Yea, hap baker, has two problems, it sits in a valley and is this high humidity freezing cold in the winter, and this stagnant humid heat in the summer with no breeze, buttttttt, there is a good thing about it. When all the other ranges I go too have 15MPH wind, they usually only have 4MPH. And its usually parrellel to your shooting.
