I never thought about going back another 30 yards maybe 'll try it but then there is there is the penetration problem... Did i say 46 somebody needs to go back and reread the post. I am telling you what I shot and there is no lie here... You people kill me..... I would notfeel comfortable putting 6 hits in the kill zone at 40 yards. I am really surprized that I have not heard you must be using an oversized target. Well like I said , and I willsay it again.....spend some time with your gun and perfect you shooting ablility and marry your choke to the shot that shoots best. See what you seem to misunderstand here is that when you shoot your gun you need to put over 100 pellets in a 10 inch circle at all ranges, then when your 100 pellets peters out, you have found your maximum range.Maybeyou have the wrong shells try a different brand and see what happens.
