According to the Remington site and another site I chaecked on, the 35 Remington carbine in 7600, were only made as a limited run for Grice Wholesale. They have Birch stocks. The 35 Remington was chambered in several variations in the 760 and the one before that. I think it was first chambered in 1906 in a Remington Semi auto.

The scope is certainly more powerful than needed although its so clear thats its scary. You could sure see any twigs and stuff that might be in the way. I may have to pick it up, It has Black Bear written all ovet it. My favorite species to hunt.
