Please recommend a fork tamer.
I'm using a NAP 3000 and have tried several different types of fork tamers.
To mention a few, the AWG, NAP fork tamers, GAG and the best I'd used was made by Innovative Archery, unfortunately they're not in business any longer.
I'm experiencing extreme wear of the silencers, in no time at all. I've lowered my nocking point, re-set my rest height in line with the burger buttons, fiddled with the spring tension, paper tuned--and still my fork tamers continue to show wear.
Has anyone knowledge of fork tamers, doesn't have to be teflon, that will give better service.
I was thinking of taking offthe forks and dipping them in theRhino Lining coating paint--used in our truck beds, as that stuff works really in the truck tray, but I'm oblivious as to how this will work--any ideas guys?
