Default HELP interpreting Kansas Bowhunting Rule

" Arrows shall be equipped with a
nonbarbed broadhead point with all-metal cutting edges, and
each arrow used for hunting shall be at least 20 inches in length."

So can an expandable be used or not ?? Anybody know for sure ? I am going to call this morning but though I'd post this anyway to see what ya'll think. I think by the wording that they are legal, doesn't say the metal blades have to be fixed or any certain cutting diamter .....
