In my experience as long as you match what you are layin on and DONT MOVE, that is all you really need. I hunt mostly corn stubble and hay field and have had no problems. I usually lay right in or just to the side of my decoys. Just be sure to blend in color wise and throw a little corn or hay over you. The most important thing is just dont move a muscle. One note---this is definetely not the most comfortable hunting so if you can afford a chair by all means do so.
