RE: Whisker Biscuit vs. Bodoodle Zapper and other
I have never used the WB but my huntin buddy did and we do alot of practicing in the summer. Especially last summer cause i broke my leg. We usually shoot an average of 60-100 arrows a day or more until hunting season. After about 500 shots you could notice the WB starting to get bent and worn down tips. It would keep getting worse and worse to the point where my friend had to start changing his pins cause it was really affecting the arrow flight. It also screwed up the fletching on his arrows cause he uses feathers instead of veins. I have had my rest for 6 years now and havent had a problem. It is just 2 little metal rods that hold the arrow and have white plastic caps over them which have worn down a little. I found out that once they have worn down a little they actually hold my arrow in unless i turn my bow upside down.
