Yes a brown recluse bite is terrible.... but we have more here in the south then you do in the north.... had a local FD give a talk on local hazards for a project, brown recluse came up.... NO ONE used the port-a-let onsite after that....

a friend got bit, had to spend sometime in the hospital.... but like what was said previously, I would be more afraid of lightning
