I'm reading nock pinch and fletching contact.

For the nock pinch, just put a nocked arrow on the string between the loop knots and work the arrow up & down, opening up the loops center some. This will sork for a few shots and hopefully long enough for the knots to get tight enough to hold without pinching the nock.

As far as the fletching contact goes, borrow some lipstick from someone (hopefully a female[8D]) and place some on your fletching where it looks like they would hit if they were going to. Shoot the arrow and see if anylipstick is present on the rest. If so altering yourvane orientaion might allow you to clear-Are you shooting cock up?

Your most likely getting some fletching conact which is throwing your arrows for a loop as they launch downrange. Fix the contact(raiseor lower rest if need be-adjusting the drop away timing is the preferred method, but he served you in- so your stuck there), get the centershot right and clear your fletchings and your groups SHOULD look a lot better.
