I have the 338 and the 7mm RUM. I love both of them. My 7mm RUM is the 700 LSS and the 338 RUM is the 700 BDL SS. my 338 has a KDF muzzlebrake on it and the 7 is stock. Both shoot .75 to 1" groups.

I dont think you will have any problems with buying the 700 LSS. I have heard alot of good comments aboutthe 300 RUM.
