Well, you've likely got several problems. First, after you installed the rest, did you paper tune? Or even use tools to put it centershot? Go back to the shop when you have some more time and have everything looked at. Check the loop if you think it's wrong. You could try to slide one knot up, but it's tough if not impossible. I am quite certain your equipment isn't tuned properly. Spend some time at the shop and get it fixed.
