I just received an e-mail from an old hunting
buddy. He has just returned from Texas where
he took a nice wild hog. He said 267lbs. After
reading some of these post again I e-mailed him
to asked what he used. T/C Omega 50cal. 150gr.
stick form Shockys Gold, 300gr. Hornady XTP mag.
He says at 60yds it broke both front shoulders &
sprayed blood out the exit side. So maybe the
XTP'S will hold up to a magnum charge in the right
