So if the top 20 shooters in the HC class would never win two, they can still stay in the HC class?
Could this stop a few shooters from comming back; knowing they dont have a chance against shooters that are always in the top 20.
MBR could be a hunters class if the top 20 shooters would be forced to move up to MBR.
The HC is not a novice class?
In the ASA they have a class fordifferent skill level; Novice , Hunter, Unlimited Pins. Open C, B and A for scope shooters.
