RE: Hoyt Creaky on the Draw
Thanks fer all the advice. I used silicon lube (tri flow, which is purported to not attract dust like WD 40 does) on the yoke bushings - didn't do the trick, but I'm sure it didn't hurt to get them lub'd anyway. Then I went one by one with the silicon. Camaxles -didn't stop the creak, limb pockets - didn't stop it, cable slide - didn't stop it.
Then I drew the bow 50 more times to work all the lube in all the above spots and it's quiet. So now I don't know which one it was, but it's my old bow again.
