buy the QUAD!i have 1 on my hoyt pro-tec the big difference between the 2 is the quad you can COCK the holder upso the arrow is contained the whole time until you shoot. i do beleive the ripcord has the arrow laying on the SHELF until you draw the bow back. just my 2cents good luck and have FUN shooting you're BOW&ARROWSILENTSAM
