You will have to compromise but so will she. I will give you an example. I explained to my wife from the first night that I ever met her that I hunted and how much time I spent doing it and that I wasn't quitting or becoming a part-timer for her or anyone else. I love my wife dearly and would do anything for including giving my own life if need be but I ain't gonna quit hunting. I make some sacrificies miss a few more days than I use too. Do some things to let her know I haven't forgotten her, but I hunt quite a bit(the off season we do whatever she wants). If she loves you then she should understand how much it means to you. If not you may not have as much in common as you think you do. A relationship is supposed to make both people happy and if you quit or cut your hunting in 1/2 you'll just wind up resenting her for it and you won't be happy anyway. So my advice is make some concessions and if that don't work then find a woman that accepts you and your hunting.
