My uncle live's in ID - he got the goat tag and even as a resident its hard to get - from what I understand you are only eligable for one in a lifetime. He tried a few years before he drew one. Once he got his goat his buddy put in for a tag and got one the first time he tried though.

My uncle is supposed to be going to Africa on a hunt with his bow sometime either this year or next. he has a whole list of animals he wants to get while there.
