I picked up a Rem. 700 BDl deluxe this fall in 7mm Rem Mag, it shot good out of the box. I have since down a trigger job and it shoots great. I have heard Tikka's are accurate, but since I am a lefty the only tikka looked cheap in the finish department so I opted for the Rem. I have a abolt medallion and it shoots pretty darn nice as well.

I think a lot depends on the guy holding the rifle and the optics on the top don't hurt either.
