Thanks for the posts! In BC we can enter the draw year after year after year! Our Limited Entry Hunts are random draw by the computer. No preference points etc... You may get lucky and get drawn 10 consecutive years.....or never! Its just luck of the draw! In early spring we receive a paper stateing all of the limited entry hunts available and the approx. odds of drawing a tag for each species in each region/zone. The odds are based on the previous years drawing. You select the species and zone of your choice and submit a LEH card with approx. $7cdn and you are entered! You may onlysubmit one entryfor each species. My particular California Bighorn Hunt had odds of approx. 200:1 with only 1 tag available. Cost was $7dollars + my $50 sheep tag approx $200 in fuel $200 in misc. food and $4 for the .338 win mag shell I pounded the ram with for a grand total of approx. $461.00 cdn dollars! I love British Columbia!!!
