for me it's any bow that is light weight and has a shorter ATA.Right now I'm usen a Bear Ultra-lite(mabe a youth bow) maxed at 55lbs.This is an older bow with only about 50% letoff and a smooth draw -n- release. As to what other things to add to it I can't say as the only addition to my bow are a set of limbsaver,string silencers and a simple flip rest.
Find what YOU are comfortable shooting and depending on ya style of hunting the weight factor.
