Ok, I was just there and I would say sweatshirt weather for sure (with a longsleeve under it)! NOTHING like last year, it is warmer.
You go in the East Entrance,you'll see signs and go up a ramp.
FYI: There are no restrooms upstairs, so unless you like going up and down a ramp....well you know what I'm saying.
