I agree with OntElk, Briley chokes have been around for many years. I don't know how long they have been in the turkey market, but I have purchased one for my Franchi I-12. I can't tell you how happy I am with the choke, shoots best with Federal Ext. Range #6's (3 inch). At 40 yards, I had 89 pellets in the kill area. I haven't shot over 40 yards, but with that performance, I would not hessitate shooting over 45 or 50 yards.
