Actually, there's hardly no weight on there at all... I try to keep my one-rep max up to at least 235, not that that's a big deal, but I find it's enough for my small frame size to keep my chest bigger than my drawers!

(Which isn't necessarily the case as I seriously slacked up on working out when November rolled around last year -- I was on stand probably over 75 days -- and haven't got my butt kicked back in gear yet! [:-])
