Take a look at the Bowtech line,they have some good bows for women and small shooters,my wife liked the TomKat,brother-in-laws GF liked the equalizer.
Diamond has some good bows,Browning and Hoyt.
Let her shoot some diffrent ones and let her decide.

My wife did the same thing see watched for about a year and decided thats she wanted to doit,now I can't stop her,3-d shoots,Leauges,hunter safety,can't drive by a pro shop with out stopping to see what new things they have.
