So my wife was hanging out with me today while I was target shooting and she said that looked like a fun way to get some exercise... She also said she would be interested in target shooting for fun and a good workout.

So where do I get started... I don't want to spend too much, as she will never hunt with a bow and if she ever got that serious, I would get here something better. I would still like it to be a quality compound bow, no really cheap plastic thing. Also what weight to start her at? She only weighs 115 pounds, but is very physically fit for her size.
