I believe the 3rd week is the best. However, depending on where you hunt, the 4th isn't too shabby either. I traditionally take the 4th week off but thanks to comp. time and some schedule juggling, I'm taking the last 3 days of the 3rd week and all of the last. The rut usually is really smoking then.
