Again, guys, I did not intend to cause such a stir with my post on this topic. I am sure it is really special to wake up to a few feet of snow and likely a real treat to see a pond frozen over while sneaking through the woods. Nothing wrong with that at all. And you know what? There are some decent deer up there too. A few nice bucks have been taken up there and I do not mean to overlook that.

All I am saying is that the Southland is at the top of the list when it comes to beautiful scenery and hunting pleasure. The top. Awards, accolades, etc, etc.

Again, guys. Did not mean to discredit those of you from above the Mason-Dixon and I am sure that it is really nice to live and hunt up there.
