Unit 15 has a fair amount of elk and some pockets of mullies. It is limited to archery and muzzleloader for big game. A large part of the unit is National Forest land and all the hunts I'm aware of are draw hunts. It is a very nice area that is, for the most part, away from any significantly developed towns.
